Human Transferrin
DigesTip preparation time: Not required
Digestion time: 1 minute
Spectrum obtained by digesting with DigesTip Chymotrypsin at room temperature for exactly 1 minute, 3 µl of a solution of reduced and alkylated Human Transferrin at the concentration of 100 µg/ml. Digested sample was analysed by MALDI-TOF MS, obtaining 81% of coverage and 61 peptides matched.

Spectrum obtained by digesting with DigesTip Chymotrypsin at room temperature for exactly 1 minute, 3 µl of a solution of reduced and alkylated Human Transferrin at the concentration of 100 µg/ml. Digested sample was analysed by MALDI-TOF MS, obtaining 81% of coverage and 61 peptides matched.
Human Transferrin matched peptides with no missed cleavage sites (considering carboxy-side of tyrosine, phenylalanine and tryptophan as cleavage sites).
