Spectrum obtained by digesting with DigesTip Glu-C, for exactly 2 minutes at room temperature, 3 ?l of a solution of reduced and alkylated BSA at the concentration of 100 ?g/ml. Digested sample was analysed by MALDI-TOF MS, obtaining 29 matched peptides and 51% of sequence coverage.

Spectrum obtained by digesting with DigesTip Glu-C, for exactly 3 minutes at room temperature, a three-protein mixture (Human Transferrin, BSA and ß-Casein from bovine milk), previously denatured and reduced for 10 minutes in 40 mM ammonium bicarbonate, pH 7.8 + 10% acetonitrile + 50 mM DTT, without the need to alkylate the sample before digestion. Digested samples were analysed by MALDI-TOF MS.

Digested samples were analysed by MALDI-TOF MS.
