DigesTip chymo

DigesTip chymotrypsin is a micro-bioreactor shaped as a pipette tip containing immobilized chymotrypsin. Available in two different formats, DigesTip chymotrypsin is compatible with the majority of 20 μl and 200 μl single-channel and multi-channel pipettors, including: Gilson, Biohit, Rainin, Eppendorf, Brand.

	DigesTip chymotrypsin performs high quality tryptic digestion with low quantities of samples (up to 10 ng), a considerable reduction of chymotrypsin autolysis and the absence of contaminations.
	With DigesTip chymotrypsin, 1 minute is enough! Aspirate the sample to be digested and press and release the plunger repeatedly for one minute. Verify the result with mass spectrometry: a clear high-coverage spectrum will be obtained!
	A lab-automation robot can do this! DigesTip chymotrypsin, being proven for use on a variety of automated liquid handling systems, can be used in automated high-throughput proteomics pipelines.
	Unlike other similar products, DigesTip chymotrypsin does not require any preparation phase or any subsequent purification step.

Technical Facts

Spectrum obtained by digesting with DigesTip chymotrypsin at room temperature for exactly 1 minute a reduced and alkylated three-protein mixture (lysozyme, BSA, transferrin). Digested sample was analyzed by MALDI-TOF MS.
