Technical Facts

Spectrum obtained by digesting with DigesTip glu-C, for exactly 3 minutes at room temperature, a three-protein mixture (Human Transferrin, BSA and ß-Casein from bovine milk), previously denatured and reduced for 10 minutes in 40 mM ammonium bicarbonate, pH 7.8 + 10% acetonitrile + 50 mM DTT, without the need to alkylate the sample before digestion. Digested samples were analysed by MALDI-TOF MS.
