DigesTip papain is a micro-bioreactor shaped as a pipette tip containing immobilized papain. DigesTip papain exhibits great performance in terms of ease of use, digestion time and quality of results. It is both a powerful resource for Fab generation and protein digestion, and a first choice to highly improve productivity in any procedure requiring papain digestion. DigesTip papain is compatible with the majority of 20 μl and 200 μl single-channel and multi-channel pipettors, including Gilson, Rainin, Eppendorf, Biohit, Brand.

	DigesTip papain gives you back your valuable time. Antibody/protein digestion usually requires several hours. With DigesTip papain, 1 minute is enough. All that is required is to pipette the sample to be digested, pressing and releasing the plunger repeatedly for 1 minute, to obtain Fab fragments or peptide mixtures.
	A lab-automation robot can do this! DigesTip papain, being proven for use on a variety of automated liquid handling systems, can be used in automated high-throughput proteomics pipelines.
	Unlike conventional products, DigesTip papain allows to easily control the antibody fragmentation by simply removing the DigesTip from the sample to stop the digestion.
